RETURN POLICY

We have faith in our products and their quality. If you are not satisfied with your purchase please return your unworn, unwashed, undamaged or defective merchandise to us within 10 days of receiving your items for a refund or a replacement (your choice).

Please send an email to hello@babytush.com and let us know the reason for returning the item.

Refunds will be given for the following reasons:

  1. You did not receive your order
  2. If the item is significantly different than described or shown on the site
  3. You are not satisfied with the quality of the items.

Refunds
Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

You will be responsible for paying shipping costs for returning your item. Return shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Please note: We are obsessed with customer satisfaction. We know if you have negative experience with us, you probably won’t order from our website again. That being said, we truly do our best to make sure you are happy with your purchase, even if it costs us money in the long run.
